📦 Shipping & Tax
KLGT is based in Hong Kong, where GST is not applicable. However, any import tariffs are already included in the shipping cost we quote to you.
Standard shipping takes 18–25 days, depending on the destination and customs clearance times.
🛒 Orders & Product Sourcing
Absolutely. Just send us the product details (photos, description, quantity), and our sourcing team will handle the rest.
MOQ varies by product and supplier, but typically starts at 50–500 units. We’ll confirm the exact MOQ once sourcing is completed.
🛠 Logistics & Support
We don’t offer warehousing at this time, but we do help manage your shipping and logistics from supplier to destination.
We take quality seriously. If any issues arise, we’ll work with the supplier to resolve it promptly through a refund, replacement, or credit.
