Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for defective or incorrect items received. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product, and you must provide evidence of the defect or error (photos, order number, etc.).

2. Return Shipping Costs
As we source products internationally, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will need to cover all shipping fees for returned items. We will not refund any shipping charges.

3. Non-Refundable Items
Due to the high cost of international shipping and product customization, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or non-defective products. We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the product for inspection. If the product is found to be defective or not as ordered, we will offer a replacement or a store credit.

5. No Cancellations for Customized Products
Once an order for customized products is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as the products are made to order.

6. Restocking Fees
In rare cases, a restocking fee may be applied to returns, depending on the nature of the product and the supplier's return policy.
